Get-A-Long-Guac

 

8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
16-ounce carton plain yogurt
4 ripe medium-size avocados
1 cup salsa verde (green chili salsa)
2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice

Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl with electric beaters. Beat in yogurt until smooth. Peel, seed and mash avocados with fork in a small bowl. Add to yogurt mixture along with salsa and lemon juice. Makes 3 cups.
