Chocolate Banana Blast Power Smoothie

 

2 cups skim milk
1 peeled and sliced large banana, frozen
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Place all ingredients in blender container; cover.

Blend on high speed until smooth.

Makes approximately 3 cups. Serves 2.
