Shrimp on the Barbie

 

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup smoky barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire suace
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Alternately thread shrimp and peppers onto metal skewers; set aside.

Stir together barbecue sauce, Worchestershire sauce, cayenne pepper sauce and garlic. Brush on shrimp. Grill or broil for 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning and basting often with sauce. Serves 4.
