Crab Salad a la Inner Harbor

 

2 cups backfin crab
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce
3/4 cup diced celery

Pick through crab to make sure all shells have been removed. Combine mayonnaise, Old Bay, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, then add celery and crab. Shape into a ball if desired.

Hint: To allow the seasonings to blend, make several hours ahead and refrigerate.
