Dad's Macaroni and Cheese

8 ounces uncooked wagon-wheel pasta (about 3 cups)
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons chopped canned chilies, drained, if desired

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes.

Add cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Stir in pasta and chilies. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
