Rosy Strawberry Ring

2 3-ounce boxes strawberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 10-ounce packages frozen sliced strawberries
1 13 1/2-ounce can (1 1/2 cups) crushed pineapple
2 large ripe bananas, sliced on slant
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Dissolve Jell-O and unflavored gelatin in boiling water. Add berries, stir until berries are thawed. Stir in pineapple, bananas and lemon juice. Pour into 6 1/2-cup mold. Refrigerate. Optional method: Put mixture into freezer, stirring until it starts to gel, then put into mold. Refrigerate. Serves 8 to 10.
