Jell-O Fluff

 

1 3-ounce size box orange Jell-O, unprepared
1 8-ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 16-ounce container cottage cheese
2 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained

Mix whipped topping and Jell-O powder until uniform. Add oranges and cottage cheese and stir until completely combined. Chill before serving.

Options: Use any flavor Jell-O and 1 can crushed pineapple, drained.
