Recipe will always be Aunt Marietta's

Dee Dee Allen of Fairplay shared a recipe for cookies that are a tradition in her family. The recipe has been passed down from her grandmother's sister, and to this day they call them Aunt Marietta's Orange Cookies.

Allen says she likes the blend of flavors of the orange with the lemon frosting.

"It wouldn't be Christmas without a big plate of these cookies," Allen e-mailed.
