Very Berry Smoothie
1 cup frozen stawberries
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup sugar
In a blender, whirl all ingredients until smooth. Makes 1 large serving
(about 2 cups).
Blueberry Blockbuster Smoothie:
Omit strawberries and raspberries; substitute 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Peachy keen Smoothie:
Omit strawberries and raspberries; substitute 1 1/2 cups canned and drained,
or frozen peaches.
